Magnetisn offers free shipping worldwide, with orders processed within 1–2 business days and dispatched via ePacket by default. Delivery typically takes 5–25 business days, depending on destination. Once shipped, you can track your package on 17track.net. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes in their country. If you do not receive a shipment notification within 48 hours of ordering, please contact us.

All Magnetisn products ship free of charge to addresses around the world . We do not impose any shipping fees, regardless of order size or destination.

2. Order Processing

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after we receive your payment confirmation .

  • Weekends & Holidays:
    Processing occurs on weekdays (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.

3. Shipping Methods

  • Default Method – ePacket:
    We ship most orders via ePacket, providing a balance of speed and cost-efficiency .

  • Alternative Carriers:
    In regions where ePacket is unavailable, we may use DHL, UPS, FedEx, or local postal services to ensure timely delivery.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    We cannot control delays caused by customs clearance.

7. Non-Deliverable Addresses

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
