Yes. Every Magnetisn piece is an exclusive design, developed in-house and continually refreshed with new styles.
How do I resize or adjust my bracelet?
Each adjustable bracelet comes with a sizing tool for link removal/addition. If you need extra links or assistance, email us at service@magnetisn.com with your order number and desired size.

What shipping methods are available?
Free U.S. Standard (3–5 business days) on orders over $39
Expedited (1–3 business days) via USPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx (rates calculated at checkout)
International (15–45 business days) via our global partners; express international options (DHL/UPS/FedEx) also available
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package at www.17track.net or on the carrier’s website.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day risk-free guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping).
How do I initiate a return or exchange?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return. Credit will be issued to your original payment method.
Care & Maintenance
Can I shower or swim with my jewelry on?
Yes—our pieces are water-resistant. However, to preserve finishes (especially plated surfaces), we recommend removing jewelry before swimming in chlorinated pools or salt water.
How do I clean my jewelry?
Simply wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry thoroughly. For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and water; avoid harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners.

What if my item is defective?
Contact us right away at service@magnetisn.com with photos of the defect. We’ll repair, replace, or refund—no questions asked.
Do you offer extra links or parts?
Yes! If you need additional links, sizing tools, or replacement parts, just email your request and shipping address to service@magnetisn.com; we’ll ship them at no extra cost.
