Our family’s journey began in 1898, when the first generation of Whitakers set up shop in the heart of Oxfordshire, crafting therapeutic metalwares by hand. Today, as custodians of that legacy, we continue to perfect those artisanal techniques—each Magnetisn bracelet is lovingly made in our small workshop in Henley-on-Thames.
Though our company has thrived for well over 125 years, we pride ourselves on remaining a two-person operation. At 55 years young, Edward still oversees every stage of production, from selecting premium stainless steel and genuine magnetic inserts to the final polish. Margaret brings her passion for design and detail, hand-braiding leather straps and choosing each gemstone accent to complement the wearer’s style and wellbeing.
